STOP-Read this before continuing... in order for us to confirm and hold the date(s) you want, contact us first either by phone (recommended), 917.721.0801 or by email sailingwithsophia@gmail.com to insure that the dates you are requesting are available on the yacht's calendar. If you have not already done so, please confirm your dates, then return to this page.

To reserve a date click the "Reserve Now" button for the cruise you wish to book from the list below, enter the date(s) you are reserving in the text box and pay the appropriate credit card deposit. The balance due is required at or before the time your party boards the yacht.

Upon receipt of your credit card deposit we will hold the date(s) you are reserving and your charter date(s) are confirmed. We will email you notice of receipt of your deposit and confirm your date(s) as booked.

CANCELLATION: Should bad weather make it necessary to cancel a charter we will refund your payment in full or offer a rain date agreeable to both parties.
   If you must cancel a charter for reasons other than weather, the following fees will apply: 30 days or more prior to departure, full refund. Less than 30 days to departure, we will refund your deposit pro-rated to the amount we are able to re-book the date(s) less a $20 cancellation fee.

Note: Deposits for 2 hour, 4 hour and full day cruises booked on the same day are not required, however payment is required in full at the time you board.
